Women in Aviation - International (WAI), was founded 20 years ago by Dr. Peggy Chabrian. The organisation is dedicated to encouraging young people to consider aviation careers as well as providing networking opportunities for women and men through the aviation industry.
During the annual WAI conference, scholarships are awarded to students and enthusiasts.
